Returns (right of withdrawal)

If you order as partner, company, B2B, the following rules apply concerning the right of withdrawal. EV-Optimizer BV is not obliged by law to offer you the right of withdrawal. EV-Optimizer BV is not legally obliged to offer you the right of withdrawal, as this applies to consumers (private persons). Nevertheless we would like to give you the possibility to return an article within 3 days, without statement of reasons, to return an article.

This possibility expires within 3 days after the day

On which the article is in your possession
• In the event of multiple items in one order, delivered separately: where you received the last item.
• In the case of an item that consists of several parts: on which you received the last part has been received.
 

Should you wish to make use of our return option, it is sufficient to sufficient to:

• Send an e-mail to support@ev-optimizer.uk

You can only return the item if
• The article is complete
• The article is in the original state

Please note:
• Preferably include the packing slip or invoice in the packaging
• There are costs associated with the return, these are for your own account.
• Upon receipt of your return order, we will refund the purchase price to your bank account within 14 days to your bank account.
• If you have any outstanding invoices, we will not refund. But we will settle the amount with this outstanding balance.
